2. The Website Does Not Replace Individual Advice
Information provided on this website does not constitute individual:
-
NDIS planning advice
-
Medical or clinical advice
-
Allied health advice
-
Legal advice
-
Financial advice
-
Housing or tenancy advice
-
Behaviour support advice

Professional advice specific to your individual circumstances
Every person's needs, circumstances, NDIS plan, funding arrangements, preferences and support requirements are different.
Information on the website should therefore not be relied upon as a substitute for an individual assessment, professional advice or direct discussion with an appropriate member of the Dantae Support Services team or another suitably qualified professional.
3. NDIS Information
Dantae Support Services is a registered NDIS provider, but we are not the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA), the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission or an Australian Government agency.
References to the NDIS on this website are provided to help explain our services and the environment in which those services may be delivered.
The NDIA and other authorised decision-makers determine matters including:
-
NDIS access and eligibility
-
Participant plans
-
Reasonable and necessary supports
-
Funding decisions
-
Plan variations and reassessments
-
SDA eligibility
-
Particular funding categories
-
Applicable NDIS pricing arrangements
Dantae Support Services cannot guarantee that a particular service, support, property or expense will be funded through a person's NDIS plan.
Where your decision depends upon current NDIS rules, pricing, funding or eligibility requirements, you should confirm the current position with the NDIA or other appropriate authority.
4. Information May Change
We take reasonable care to keep our website useful and current.
However, disability services and the NDIS operate within an environment where:
-
Legislation may change
-
NDIS Rules and Practice Standards may change
-
Pricing arrangements may change
-
Government policies and guidance may change
-
Services may change
-
Staffing may change
-
Properties and vacancies may change
-
Eligibility and funding arrangements may differ between participants
As a result, website information may occasionally become outdated before we have had an opportunity to update it.
Publication of information on the website does not guarantee that the information will remain unchanged.
If information is important to a decision you are making, please contact Dantae Support Services so that our team can confirm the current position where appropriate.
5. Services Are Subject to Individual Assessment
Descriptions of Dantae Support Services supports are intended to explain the types of assistance we may provide.
They do not mean that every service is:
-
Suitable for every participant
-
Available in every location
-
Available at every time
-
Funded under every NDIS plan
-
Able to meet every support requirement
-
Immediately available
-
Appropriate without further assessment
Before services commence, Dantae Support Services may need to consider matters such as:
-
Participant goals and preferences
-
Support requirements
-
Participant choice and consent
-
Available funding
-
Service agreements
-
Staffing and workforce capacity
-
Worker competencies
-
Location
-
Risk and safeguarding requirements
-
Compatibility of the proposed support environment
-
Relevant health or support information
-
Whether Dantae Support Services can safely and appropriately deliver the requested support
Making an enquiry or submitting an online form does not automatically create a participant-provider relationship or service agreement.
Services commence only after the appropriate assessment, agreement and onboarding requirements have been completed.
6. Housing Information and Applications
Information about accommodation, SIL, SDA, ILO or other housing opportunities is provided to help prospective applicants understand potentially available options.
Housing information may include:
-
General property descriptions
-
Location
-
Accessibility features
-
Housing configuration
-
General household characteristics
-
Vacancy information
-
Photographs
-
Support arrangements
-
General compatibility considerations
We take reasonable care when preparing this information, but property circumstances and vacancies may change.
6.1 A Housing Application Is Not an Offer of Accommodation
Submitting a Housing Application:
-
Does not guarantee acceptance
-
Does not reserve a room or property
-
Does not create a tenancy
-
Does not create a residential agreement
-
Does not guarantee that the property is suitable for the applicant
-
Does not guarantee NDIS funding
-
Does not create a service agreement with Dantae Support Services
Where relevant, an application may need to progress through further discussions, compatibility considerations, assessment, funding verification, consent, service planning and other appropriate processes.
A formal housing, tenancy or service arrangement only exists when the relevant agreements have been completed.
7. Housing Compatibility
Shared living arrangements involve more than the physical suitability of a property.
Where applicable, Dantae Support Services may need to consider whether a proposed living arrangement can reasonably support:
-
Participant preferences
-
Choice and control
-
Safety
-
Privacy
-
Daily routines
-
Support needs
-
Household compatibility
-
Existing residents
-
Staffing arrangements
-
Behavioural or environmental considerations
-
Participant wellbeing
-
The rights of everyone living within the home
A decision that a particular shared living arrangement is not suitable should not necessarily be interpreted as a decision about whether a person is suitable to receive services from Dantae Support Services generally.
Where possible, our team may discuss other appropriate options.
8. Specialist Disability Accommodation
Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) refers to specialist housing for eligible NDIS participants.
SDA relates to the housing itself and should not be confused with the personal or disability supports that may be delivered within the home.
Supports such as Supported Independent Living, personal care or other assistance may be separately funded and arranged according to the participant's individual NDIS plan and circumstances.
Information about SDA properties on this website does not establish that a person is eligible for SDA funding or that a particular SDA dwelling will be approved or funded for that person.
9. Careers and Employment Applications
Career and job information published on this website is intended to inform prospective applicants about employment opportunities with Dantae Support Services.
Submitting a Career Application:
-
Does not guarantee an interview
-
Does not guarantee progression through recruitment
-
Does not constitute an offer of employment
-
Does not create an employment relationship
-
Does not guarantee a particular employment type, roster, location or number of hours
Recruitment decisions may take into account matters relevant to the position, including:
-
Skills
-
Experience
-
Suitability
-
Availability
-
References
-
Right to work in Australia
-
Required worker screening
-
Qualifications
-
Training
-
Role-specific competencies
-
Driver licence or transport requirements where relevant
-
Organisational requirements
-
Participant support needs
-
Lawful compliance and safeguarding requirements
Additional information may be requested if an applicant progresses through the recruitment process.
An employment relationship is created only when the relevant employment process has been completed and an appropriate offer or employment agreement has been made and accepted.

A participant-provider relationship has commenced
A consultation is generally intended to help both parties understand the circumstances, discuss available options and determine appropriate next steps.

14. Feedback and Complaints
Nothing in these Website Terms limits your right to:
-
Provide feedback
-
Make a complaint

Making a complaint should not result in a person being disadvantaged for appropriately exercising their rights.
15. Emergencies and Urgent Situations

Do not rely on a website form for an immediate response to:
-
A medical emergency

An immediate threat to someone's safety
For emergencies requiring immediate assistance in Australia, contact the appropriate emergency service.

Unless otherwise stated, content created for the Dantae Support Services website—including text, branding, graphics, design elements, photographs and other original material—is owned by or licensed to Dantae Support Services.

If you identify information that appears incorrect, you are welcome to contact us.
22. Images and Examples
Photographs, illustrations, case studies, scenarios and other examples may be used to explain services or provide a more accessible understanding of the work Dantae Support Services performs.

-
The information was not provided as individual professional advice;
-
Relevant circumstances were not disclosed to or assessed by Dantae Support Services;
-
The information had subsequently changed; or
-
The visitor relied on general information instead of seeking appropriate individual advice where that would reasonably have been required.
This clause does not limit any liability, consumer guarantee or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
