Business Hours
Our office team is available during standard business hours to answer enquiries, discuss referrals and help participants, families and support coordinators take the next step.
Monday to Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Closed
Outside standard business hours, Dantae Support Services maintains a dedicated after-hours line for urgent participant support matters. To support continuity of care, the line uses a three-layer call failover process, meaning if the first rostered responder is unable to answer, the call is automatically directed to two additional senior backup responders.
