Beldantae Rosa Pty Ltd T/A Dantae Support Services was founded by Lillian "Lill" Egan with a simple but heartfelt vision: to provide care that feels like family. Built from love, loss, and a lifelong passion for helping others, Dantae was created after the passing of Lill's mother, Rosa, when she turned her grief into purpose by establishing a service founded on family, compassion, and genuine care. Named in honour of her mother and granddaughters, Dantae reflects the values of love, respect, and connection that continue to guide everything we do.

 

With more than 23 years of experience in the care industry, combined with her lived experience as a mother and grandmother of children on the autism spectrum, Lill recognised that exceptional support is about far more than delivering services. It is about building trust, respecting individual choices, celebrating strengths, and walking alongside people as they live the life they choose.

 

From humble beginnings, Dantae has grown into a trusted Registered NDIS Provider supporting participants and families throughout the Moreton Bay Region, Caboolture, North Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast. Every step of our journey has been shaped by our commitment to providing compassionate, person-centred support that empowers people to live with dignity, independence, and confidence.

 

While qualifications and experience provide the knowledge to deliver quality care, it is compassion, integrity, and genuine human connection that define the culture of Dantae. Our commitment is simple—to provide the same care, respect, and support we would want for our own family.
