Managing Director & CEO
Lillian "Lill" Egan
About Me
My name is Lillian “Lill” Egan, and I am the founder and director of Beldantae Rosa Pty Ltd T.A. Dantae Support Services. Dantae was born from both professional experience and deeply personal circumstances. After the passing of my mother Rosa in 2023, I was inspired by her lifelong advice to help others. Using my inheritance, I channelled my grief into creating a service that reflects strength, family, and compassion. The name Dantae intertwines my granddaughters’ names with my mother’s, carrying forward the values of love and connection that shape everything we do
My Beliefs on Support
I believe genuine care begins with family values: respect, compassion, and inclusion. Support is not just about providing services; it is about walking alongside people, empowering them to embrace their individuality, and valuing them for who they truly are. My own lived experiences as a mother and grandmother, with close family on the spectrum, have given me a personal understanding of diversity, and I believe every individual has strengths and potential that should be celebrated
Experience and Background
I bring over 15 years of experience in the care industry, shaped not only by my career but also by personal challenges, including a career-changing back injury that redirected my path. Dantae Support Services grew from humble beginnings into a trusted NDIS provider across Moreton Bay, Caboolture, North Brisbane, and the Sunshine Coast. From the very beginning, my goal has been to create a service that delivers what we promise, ensuring that participants and families can live their best life with dignity, trust, and support
Qualifications
I hold formal qualifications including a Certificate III in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Aged Care, Certificate IV in Community Services, and Certificate IV in Disability, combined with over a decade of practical experience in care and disability support. Alongside continuous professional development in leadership, compliance, and community services, these credentials reinforce my commitment to best practice. More importantly, my lived experience as a parent and grandparent of children on the spectrum gives me a unique perspective and authenticity in leading Dantae. I am dedicated to ensuring all staff receive ongoing training, uphold best practice, and maintain the highest professional standards.

Aged Care Operations Manager
Sarah Ray
About Me
My name is Sarah Ray, and I am very excited to join Dantae Senior Supports as the Aged Care Operations Manager. I have over a decade of experience across the aged care, disability, and community sectors. I’m also a proud mum to a five-year-old daughter with another little one on the way. Raised by a single mum who migrated from the Philippines, I watched her work tirelessly to give us a better life despite financial hardship. Those early experiences inspired me to create a life of purpose and give back to others who face challenges of their own. In addition, living with Type 1 Diabetes since childhood has taught me resilience, discipline, and empathy, qualities that have shaped both my life and my leadership style. From volunteering locally to volunteering in developing countries overseas, I’ve always been driven to make a difference. That journey led me to the aged care and disability sectors, where I now enjoy building compliant, compassionate, and sustainable services that genuinely improve people’s lives.
Experience & Background
I believe every person deserves to live with dignity, purpose, and opportunity, regardless of their circumstances. True support is not just about meeting compliance standards; it’s about seeing people as individuals, understanding their story, and walking beside them as they find independence and confidence. My focus is always on creating and improving systems and services where people feel heard, valued, and respected. At the heart of every successful organisation are its people! When you invest in your team and lead with compassion, everything else naturally follows.
Experience and Background
Over the past decade, I’ve held leadership and consulting roles across aged care and disability, worked as a Secondary School teacher and opened my own business. My experience includes managing large-scale operations for organisations with hundreds of staff and clients, leading compliance and audit programs nationally, and successfully closing multiple Commission nonconformances.
